Process Design Consultant (Construction)

The Position:

Location: North Melbourne (with flexibility for interstate travel)

Contract Type: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract / Consultancy

Ascot Group a dynamic player in the construction industry is launching a strategic program to redesign and optimise how we procure engage manage and partner with subcontractors across all service streams. Were seeking an experienced Project Lead/Consultant to lead this initiative end-to-end ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding subcontractor procurement experience.

The Role:

• Process Design & Optimisation: Redefine workflows for subcontractor onboarding compliance and performance management.
• Experience Design: Create a seamless positive engagement model for subcontractors across all touchpoints.
• Procurement Transformation: Implement best-practice frameworks for contracts pricing and vendor management.
• Technology Integration: Leverage platforms like Worx AroFlo and EstimateOne to streamline operations.
• Change Leadership: Partner with executives divisional leaders and subcontractors to embed new ways of working.

About You:

• Proven experience in procurement subcontractor/vendor management or construction operations.
• Skilled in process improvement systems integration and change management.
• Familiarity with construction tech platforms (AroFlo EstimateOne Worx).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
