Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and pediatric patients. The therapist will evaluate patients develop individualized treatment plans and work with the care team to improve mobility restore function and prevent disability.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and set measurable treatment goals
Create and adjust individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
Perform diagnostic tests (muscle strength joint mobility nerve function)
Educate patients and families on therapy and home exercises
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants Aides and students
Participate in staff training and professional development
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong communication skills
