About the role

As we scale globallywe have an outstanding opportunityfor a Director of Testing to lead QA verification testing and validation acrossRiverlanesworld-classengineering teams.

In this newly created role you willdrivethe quality reliability and performance of ourgroundbreakingproducts by leading and coordinating testing verification and validation activities to the VP Engineering this is a leadership role that combines technicalexpertisewith strategic planning and people great opportunityfor aPrincipal-level professional with proven leadership experiencewho is ready to take the next step into a senior leadership role.

What you will do

• Own the QA strategy across engineering ensuring rigorousverification testing and validationof hardware and software products.

• Coordinate and overseetesting verification and validation plansacross multiple teams.

• Drive hiring plansto scalea high-performing QA and test organisation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to supportverification and testinginitiatives and provide guidance onvalidationactivities.

• Implement best practices processes and frameworks for testing across the companythat ensure robust scalable and reliable products.

• Act as a technical and strategic leaderina matrixed fast-moving environment influencing product design development timelines and release readiness.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering managers and individual contributors within testing teams.

What we need

• Significant experienceinQA verification and testingwithinsemiconductorcompanies.

• Strong understanding ofverification and testing methodologies; experience with validation is a plus.

• Proventrack recordof leadingmultiple teamsin a matrixed organisation.

• Experience inhiring developinghigh performingtechnicalteams.

• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills able to influence across technical and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth scale-up environment.

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills

• Highly motivatedwith enthusiasm and commitment to achieve ambitious targets

• A resilient problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
