Job Summary
| This exciting opportunity will give the sucessful candidate the opportunity to shape the new Tri-service recruiting opperation. Position Role: Manage Defences Other Ranks pipelines acting as an interface with the Supplier for these areas and performance management. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the delivery of the Other Ranks pipeline activities across all pathways as an Authority SME. 2. Coordinate the reporting and management of risk within the Other Ranks Selection process in conjunction with the Supplier. 3. Act as a selection SME to external stakeholders for all candidate journeys. 4. Operate as an interface between the supplier authority and the three services. 5. Liaise with the Occupational Psychologists and SO1 Assess to assist in assuring the design and validation of assessments within Other Ranks Selection. 6. Deputise for the SO1 Other Ranks Pipeline as required. Domestic Considerations: This post will be located at Abbey Wood. Much of the unit remains at Andover so occasional travel is expected early in post. The role will lend itself to a degree of flexible working. |
