About the Role
We are looking for a City Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead supply and demand execution for Cabs
Auto and Bike Taxi in the city. This role is responsible for end-to-end supply growth with a focus on
new supply generation vendor governance and funnel quality improvement..
The KAM will also work cross-functionally to activate demand levers improve trip growth and drive
reliability through localized strategies. A strong analytical mindset is key as the role requires generating
actionable city-level insights monitoring competitive activity and identifying structural or tactical
opportunities that can unlock growth.
Success in this role will require operational rigor strong stakeholder management (internal and external)
and the ability to lead on-ground execution while delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end supply growth for the city by achieving weekly and monthly onboarding targets
and improving supply funnel quality.
Identify and scale new supply opportunities by working with partners and vendors to expand and
sustain supply on the platform.
Manage vendor performance and field execution improving productivity and resolving on-
ground operational issues proactively.
Track competitor activity and market movements sharing insights that inform supply and demand
actions at the city level.
Drive demand execution locally by identifying city-specific opportunities and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to improve trip growth and reliability.
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in operations sales supply acquisition marketing or account management
- preferably at a ride-hailing company like Rapido Ola Porter or Foodtech companies like
Zomato. Swiggy (or similar high-growth environment)
Strong execution skills and comfort working on-ground with drivers and vendors
Basic data/Excel skills to track numbers and identify issues
Good communication and negotiation skills
A problem-solver who is target-driven and comfortable with fast-paced work
Requirements
This role would require the candidate to be in city at all the times not necessarily required to be
in the office
