Description

As a Senior Associate of Retirement at WTW you will have exciting opportunities to work with industry leaders from China Central SOEs and global Fortune 500 enterprises. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects including M&A IPOs asset liability studies and investment consulting. You will be positioned as a trusted strategic partner to clients and will build strong business relationships while developing your expertise through structured training programs and flexible career paths tailored to your professional goals.



Responsibilities
  • Serve as a day-to-day project lead and oversee deliverables in market best practices plan designfinancial analysis implementation and ongoing advisory services against established goals and client expectations
  • Manage client expectations and identify risks or issues and escalating them appropriately to Senior Consultants and Client Relationship Managers
  • Identify qualified client needs and opportunities through broader HR and business discussions or introduction of new consulting products and services within WTW
  • Collaborate closely with existing Sales and Client Relationship Management teams (Cross-regional cross-business line) to identify develop and close sales opportunities.
  • Support business development activities including the preparation of proposals finalist presentations and other activities to secure new engagements.
  • Serve as the benefits strategist on projects ensuring that benefits strategy aligns with overall human capital strategy and business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches related to retirement strategy and management and consulting delivery.
  • Help develop more junior members through effective delegation hands-on guidance efficient project delivery and daily client interactions


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or above with 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Deep expertise in retirement and wealth-related businesses; candidates with experience in consulting firm client services for MNCs trustee services for pension insurance companies or MNC benefits management are highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead complex project teams with multiple priorities and tight deadlines including collaboration across virtual and cross-regional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large client relationships driving client satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth or business development is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and integrative skills with the ability to identify trends and draw logical conclusions from data.
  • Self-starter mindset eager for continuous learning professional growth and willing to step outside of comfort zones.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency especially in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is preferred.
  • Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Significant progress toward FSA (retirement or investment track) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
