MANDYNAMIC is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manageron behalf of an All-inclusive Hotel in Chania Crete for the Summer Season 2026.
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Lead train and motivate restaurant staff
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other hotel departments
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Manage schedules staffing levels and operational costs
- Monitor inventory supplies and ordering procedures
Requirements- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager preferably in an all-inclusive or large hotel environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
