About the Role
We are seeking a proactive high-energy Appointment Setter with experience in the real estate industry to manage lead outreach qualify prospects and book appointments for our team.
This role includes cold calling and follow-ups to generate and secure appointments. It is not a sales or closing position success in this role comes from persistence professionalism and strong communication not closing deals.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish confident on the phone highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads to introduce services and book appointments.
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone email and WhatsApp (English and Spanish).
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine next steps.
Schedule confirm and reschedule appointments for agents and consultants.
Follow up persistently with leads to reduce no-shows and re-engage inactive prospects.
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records (lead status notes call outcomes appointments).
Send appointment confirmations property information and follow-up messages.
Coordinate closely with agents to ensure a smooth handoff once appointments are set.
Perform light administrative tasks related to lead management and scheduling.
