Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Philippine-based Filipino Applicants

This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who can manage administrative functions coordinate workflows and ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. Proven experience in the Australian or US Solar Industry is required is absolutely required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and oversee admin team workloads
Support key clients by maintaining existing relationships and assisting with business development activities
Coordinate and manage the order book to align sales and project delivery teams
Prepare and deliver weekly reports for internal stakeholders
Complete job close-outs in coordination with project delivery and sales teams
Liaise with accounts receivable and support accounts-related administration
Review check and maintain compliance and audit documentation
Finalise and process government rebate data and energy service claims
Gather process and maintain accurate customer and project information
Liaise with internal departments to collect and consolidate reporting inputs
Perform additional administrative duties as required within scope of skills and training


Requirements

Minimum 3 years administration experience
Experience in the Australian or US Solar Industry is absolutely required
Experience working with Australian clients
Background in general administration accounts support and compliance
Strong attention to detail organisation and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently meet deadlines and solve problems effectively


Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a long-term full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits
5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 7 AM to 4 PM Philippine time Monday to Friday


Required Skills:

Experience: 5 years in electrical estimating focusing on solar PV and BESS including tender submissions in the Australian commercial sector. Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications; deep knowledge of solar PV/BESS systems and commissioning. Stakeholder Engagement: Experienced in liaising with suppliers/subcontractors and skilled in negotiation and communication. Qualifications: Electrical trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering. Software Proficiency: Familiar with Simpro or similar job management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in Australian renewable energy regulations and standards. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented analytical organised and effective in team-based fast-paced environments.
