What the job involves:

We are currently seeking aSummer Intern in Sourcing & Procurementto join our this role you will support the delivery of sourcing and procurement projects assist with supplier management activities and gain hands-on experience with data analytics and performance tracking within a global procurement environment.

As aSummer Intern in Sourcing & Procurementat JLL you will:

• Support supplier onboarding processesin JLL sourcing systems including workflow tracking and compliance reviews.
• Organize supplier documentation contracts and communicationswhile assisting in vendor relationship management.
• Conduct data analysisusing procurement system data to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain procurement databases and develop performance dashboardsto monitor key metrics and supplier KPIs.
• Contribute to process improvement projectsand assist in supplier selection and evaluation activities.
• Prepare presentations and reportsfor internal stakeholders and supplier meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamson procurement-related projects as assigned.

Education Skills and Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelors degree with 23 years completed majoring inSupply Chain Management Business Administration Finance or related fields.
• Strongorganizational skillsand attention to detail.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Officeapplications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Stronganalytical and data management skills.
• Effectivewritten and verbal communicationskills.
• Ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment.
• Interest inprocurement supply chain management and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
