OVERVIEW
Under the direction of Global Education the Summer Intern will work with the AI Training Team to assist in designing and implementing an corporate AI training program for internal employees. The intern will be an active participant in many activities including program implementation content design and development and reporting.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Employee & Partner training team as well as stakeholders to design and implement a training strategy for internal employees
Integrate generative AI tools (e.g. Google Gemini ChatGPT NotebookLM) into learning design processes to accelerate development timelines and scale content creation
Contribute ideas on ways to promote learning and adoption of AI
Organize and collect data for analysis and reporting
Additional support for the training team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Adult Education Content Design/Development or a related field with a graduation date during or after December 2026
Knowledge of content development tools (e.g. Articulate Camtasia)
Experience with using AI
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
A self-motivator with solid organizational skills & excellent interpersonal skills

Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
