Job Summary
This role is responsible for programming setting up and optimizing CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet quality safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Program CNC machines using Edgecam software based on engineering drawings and specifications
Set up CNC machines (mills lathes or multi-axis) including tooling fixtures and offsets
Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle times quality and efficiency
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining strategies
Perform first-article inspections and adjust programs as needed
Troubleshoot machining issues tooling problems and program errors
Read and interpret blueprints GD&T and work instructions
Work closely with engineering quality and production teams
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Required Qualifications
3 years of CNC programming and setup experience
Hands-on experience with Edgecam
Strong knowledge of CNC milling and/or turning operations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Experience with tool offsets feeds speeds and materials
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
