This position is paid hourly with guaranteed hours plus a commission accelerator based on revenue produced. Technicians who follow systems and perform consistently will do very well.

Pay Structure

Guaranteed hourly base pay (based on experience) with guaranteed hours that protect you during slow weeks.
Commission on revenue produced
Most technicians earn the equivalent of $35$60/hr
Top performers can earn $60$80/hr

(Annual range shown reflects hourly base commission based on a 40-hour work week)

What Youll Do

Run residential plumbing service calls
Diagnose repair and install plumbing systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Follow company pricing approval and safety procedures
Work independently with dispatch pricing and management support

What Were Looking For

2 years of residential plumbing experience (more is a plus)
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Strong Communication Skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Professional attitude and reliability
Willingness to follow pricing and operational systems
