Job Summary
Voici un poste à distance.
Main responsibilities / 主要职责 :
- Cold outreach to factory owners via WeChat (minimum 50 new contacts per day).
- Run the full sales cycle: contact qualify book calls close deals.
- Offer a free 1-page manual rewrite as the initial value hook.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and never drop active leads.
- Move prospects through the funnel: Contact Reply Manual Received Rewrite Delivered Call Booked Sale Closed.
Profil
Technical skills / 专业技能 :
- International B2B sales or export sales experience.
- Strong WeChat prospecting skills (WeChat muscle).
- Ability to track leads and activity cleanly in Excel.
Languages / 语言要求 :
- Native Mandarin required.
- Strong professional English (spoken and written).
Personal qualities / 软技能 :
- Highly disciplined with daily outreach volume.
- Persistent follow-up mindset.
- Results-driven and comfortable with commission-based pay.
Informations contractuelles
Compensation & benefits / 薪资与福利 :
- Commission: USD 200 per closed deal.
- Bonus: USD 500 for every 10 closed deals.
- Monthly earning potential: USDuncapped.
