Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate HR Service Management
This role is pivotal in enhancing HR service delivery by leveraging HR knowledge articles managing content and reporting to optimize workforce performance. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in HR service management operational support and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions.
1. Knowledge Management:
Create update and maintain HR Knowledge Articles in accordance with policy changes.
Conduct scheduled reviews and audits of knowledge articles to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Maintain up-to-date content across knowledge repositories and document libraries.
2. Data Management:
Maintain and update databases ensuring data integrity.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
3. Customer Support:
Address policy related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
Bachelors degree in HR Operations Management Accounting or a related field.
Experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
Five Days working from Office
Preference of an understanding of Workday module
Familiarity with Workday Ticketing platforms (ServiceNow) and Australia statutory requirements.
Certification in HR management is a plus.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
