Job Purpose:
The Senior Product Manager Vascular Business leads the endtoend management of assigned brands driving the growth performance and strategic direction of the vascular product portfolio while enabling strong crossfunctional collaboration across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute the tactical marketing plans which include pricing strategy and training.
Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs and track business performance against objectives and forecasts formulating new approaches and strategies as needed as well as provide data-driven insights to define business strategies and market positioning.- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities expanding beyond traditional customer segments prepare on point sales forecasts to guide supply chain planning and regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking and champion adherence to the consignment agreement process
Identify engage and develop brand and therapeutic experts Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain strong relationships with health care practitioners (HCPs).
Act as the product expert supporting customer-facing teams and providing technical and commercial expertise and training whilst driving customer experience initiatives ensuring a differentiated brand presence and fostering long-term brand loyalty.
Analyses potential of new Business Partners/Products complementing our existing portfolio p
repares and launches line extensions and new products to drive sustainable growth and
undertake other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a four (4) year course preferably Bachelor of Science in Marketing or any Business-related course. Masters degree or units is preferred.
Minimum of twelve (12) years working experience; eight (8) years of which is in Product Management of Cardiovascular portfolio and five (5) years in Marketing all in Pharmaceutical / Medical Device field.
Strong background in Marketing Research and Analysis; Adept in Conducting Feasibility Studies.
Capable of Searching and Developing New Markets for Principals.- Must also have a working knowledge on Forecasting and Inventory Management.
