We design develop integrate market and service these advanced machines which enable our customers - the worlds leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips which in turn leads to smaller more powerful consumer electronics. Thisposition will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services with a primary focus on ASML US projects. It provides guidance to drive stakeholder engagement and project requirementsassessment andwill support business transformation projects.This internship role will support the Lean Deployment Lead in the development deployment and change management of Lean initiatives.

Your Assignment

• Support the design and development of a Lean SharePoint site to centralize project documentation resources and communications

• Design develop andmaintaininteractivereportingdashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights support decision-making and drive operational efficiency across business units

• Assistin project planning tracking milestones and coordinating deliverables across teams

• Contribute to change management activities including stakeholder analysis readiness assessments and training support

• Create a strategy for user adoption of new tools and platforms

• If timepermits execute the communication plan

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in business project management communications marketing information systems or a related fieldwith a minimum of two years completed.

• Familiarity with business project management and transformation initiatives

• Exposure to waterfall and agile project methodologies

• Understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Skills

• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies

• Ability to develop and apply modern solutions (processes tools data) that meet business requirements

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels

• Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment; values diverse perspectives

• Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple responsibilities

• High sense of responsibility accountability and commitment to quality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus

• This position is located on-site inChandler AZ. It requiresonsitepresence to attend in-person work-related eventstrainingsand meetings and to further ensure teamwork collaboration and innovation.

• Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard finger handle and feel; stoop kneel crouch twist reach and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
