Risk Management Governance for Reports and Tooling- Senior Associate

As a Report and Tooling Governance - Senior Associate you will perform a variety of key activities that support our global organization including governance reporting and control validation for Reports and Citizen Developed Tools . You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the organization work independently to analyze large data sets and take ownership of processes to drive improvements and automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Support governance process for Reports and Citizen Developed Tools e.g. Excel Alteryx Tableau.
• Review and approve attribute changes to Reports and Citizen Developed Tools.
• Prepare for and lead report governance calls e.g. review new reports and decommissions requests prepare agenda distribute minutes after the call
• Perform governance control validations on a monthly and quarterly basis to verify compliance with organization guidelines and firmwide policies
• Support the team in completing annual recertification processes for Reports and Citizen Developed Tools
• Drive change through the improvement of existing processes and applications to enhance efficiency
• Perform UAT testing (User Acceptance Testing)
• Lead the execution of special governance projects from end to end assembling working groups to achieve successful outcomes
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and research as needed

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Highly organized detail-oriented and inquisitive with the ability to influence and progress initiatives collaboratively
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis
• Experience in project management business management governance control management or data analysis ideal
• Ability to work independently meet deadlines prioritize multiple work streams and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with comfort navigating projects where the path forward is not always clear
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel including advance formulas pivots graphs and formatting for senior management review
• Confidence in working with and analyzing large data sets
• Strong team player who thrives in a matrix environment and builds partnerships with colleagues across various levels and locations
• Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment demonstrating a positive can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize information and report to senior management clearly and confidently
• Curiosity and drive to improve processes and challenge the status quo
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred
