Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Part-Time or PRN
Location: Cadiz OH
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehab team in Cadiz Ohio on a Part-Time or PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexibility supportive leadership and meaningful patient care.
Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy services to residents
- Document treatments and progress per facility and state guidelines
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Promote patient independence and quality of life
Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active Ohio OTA license (required)
- SNF experience preferred but new grads welcome
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
