Position Overview:
As anInside Sales Representativeyou will be responsible for regional lead management assigned account growth and regional inventory management goals and general sales and technical support to assist in taking great care of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account list strengthening relationships and growing business
- Provide technical support to customers by phone and email
- Enter quotes and manage lead assignments ensuring follow-up and documentation.
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Document account activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and manage opportunity pipelines.
- Conduct virtual and phone sales calls to expand territory.
- Qualify and develop leads coordinating account setup.
- Set and maintain pricing.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations for inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Advise on product cross-reference options.
- Vet and nurture marketing leads ensuring timely follow-up.
- Communicate with Customer Service and Buyers on inventory management.
- Regularly communicate usage projections for exclusive and high-value inventory.
Expected Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field working with customers.
- High School or higher-level degree.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Requires ability to learn internal database and software systems i.e. SAP.
- Superior oral and written skills are required to communicate at multiple levels within the organization with customers and industry leaders.
- Proactive communication and follow up is essential to manage suppliers and customers.
- Self-structure and a high degree of organizational skills are required to manage multiple products and market segments in a broad geographical area.
- Ability to travel when assigned.

- Travel within the assigned territory as needed with occasional overnight stays.
Pre-Employment Requirement:
The annual base salary range for this position is $60000 - $75000. The actual pay will be determined based on factors such as location experience skills and addition to the base salary employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
