We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team focusing on influencer partnerships supporting campaign execution and analyzing digital marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to agencies streamers and partners ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Lead new agency and streamer recruitment identifying growth opportunities and onboarding potential partners.
- Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and suggest improvements.
- Support influencer and media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with international teams contributing to global marketing strategies and localized execution.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Experience in the Brazil market with a solid understanding of regional trends and audience behavior.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels including social media influencer marketing and paid media campaign management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience with influencer or media agencies is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; basic English proficiency is sufficient to communicate with international teams.
