Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Mission
Elevate pizza-making into an immersive Italian culinary art through masterful craft and poised presence within a luxury dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Artisan Execution: Craft premium pizzas with curated ingredients and masterful control of the custom oven ensuring visual and flavor perfection.
2. Ambassador of Craft: Perform with confident focus at the open counter making the process an integral part of the guests aesthetic experience.
3. End-to-End Excellence: Own the quality from dough to plate upholding the highest standards at every stage.
4. Seamless Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with the service team maintaining impeccable cleanliness and fulfilling bespoke requests with quiet efficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Education: Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
