The Intern commercial excellence supports in the broadest sense of the word the commercial excellence manager as the sales & marketing director in the building and the further implementation of our strategy in commercial excellence for our sales people.
The Intern is part of the sales & marketing team and reports to the commercial excellence manager as sales & marketing director. He/she works in close collaboration with the sales & marketing team and with operations (customer service logistics purchasing )
Implement the sales plan for our business area
Design implement and continuously improve standardized commercial operating models including planning rhythms dashboards and performance management processes.
Facilitate annual quarterly and 12-Week Year commercial planning sessions using global templates and best practices.
Ensure adoption of global dashboards and KPIs allowing limited local customization while maintaining global comparability.
Diagnose commercial performance gaps through data-driven analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Use structured problem-solving and fact-based methodologies to improve commercial effectiveness and consistency.
Support the long-term development ofAir Liquide Homecare global Commercial Excellence capability.

Experience in an operational international sales support environment
Excellent communication skills
Works in a structured way (projects)
Customer-focused professional with a commercial feeling for the client and prospect portfolio
Independent and with a critical eye problem-solving ability and a commercial attitude
Enthusiastic and motivated team-player and also being able to work independently
Ability to manage deadlines and to cope with stress
Ability to manage change within the sales & marketing departement
