What Youll Do
As a key partner in shaping strategy across your plant you will:
- Lead the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of Nutrecos Quality Management System (Nutrace) within the Plant.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations in the operating companies in scope.
- Build and develop a capable quality organization and foster a strong quality culture across functions.
- Identify analyse and drive continuous quality improvements across production and quality control processes.
Youll collaborate with Supply Chain Procurement Formulation Innovation and other cross-functional teams to:
- Drive quality performance improvements.
- Provide FSQ expertise in customer interactions.
- Support incident and crisis management when needed.
Who Were Looking For
You are responsible accountable and ready to Own this role. You have the credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels and the leadership capability to inspire others. Ideally you bring:
- Experience in quality roles within feed food manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science Biology Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food/feed safety legislation and quality certification schemes.
- Proven experience leading quality management systems and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed multinational organization.
