About the job :

We are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to support a major EPC electrification project for an existing industrial plant in Northern will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities with a strong focus on the electrical scope ensuring proper interfaces between engineering disciplines and alignment with project schedules during the engineering and early construction phases.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities with a strong electrical focus
Manage engineering interfaces between internal teams EPC partners contractors and external stakeholders
Organize lead and follow up on engineering coordination meetings
Track engineering progress and support schedule adherence
Support technical decision-making and resolution of engineering and interface issues
Interface with construction and site teams when required
Ensure proper documentation flow consistency and technical alignment across disciplines
Act as a key link between engineering project management and site execution

What we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar coordination role
Proven experience in industrial EPC projects
Oil & Gas project experience is strongly preferred
Solid exposure to electrical engineering scope within EPC environments
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders
Background in engineering phase support interface management and early construction activities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in Italian and English
