By joining us as an HR Benefits Specialist you will assist with managing and administering the organizations employee benefits programs until the planned process improvements and system enhancements are rolled out. You will also be involved with the Phase 1-3 stabilization and hyper-care activities related to Thrive ensuring employees receive exceptional support and a seamless benefits experience.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Assist employees with statutory and company benefits including health dental life insurance and other programs.
  • Respond to benefit inquiries from managers and employees regarding plan provisions claims enrollments status changes and other benefit-related concerns.
  • Maintain data in benefits systems applications and SharePoint ensuring records are complete accurate and accessible for reporting.
  • Prepare and present reports on benefits usage costs and trends to management.
  • Assist in developing and updating benefits policies to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure benefits programs are compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assist in resolving clinic-related issues and coordinate annual physical examinations for employees to ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
  • Provide support for total rewards compensation and benefit program strategies as needed.

You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You make sound decisions even in the absence of complete information and act quickly when necessary. You relate comfortably with people across levels functions cultures and geography building strong relationships that foster collaboration and trust.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
  • At least 8-9 years in Human Resources and Benefits administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
