Job Summary
Job Description:
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise architecture vision.
- Translate business strategy into target-state architectures.
- Establish architecture standards principles and roadmaps.
- Guide major programs including ERP merchandising supply chain digital data and cloud.
- Partner with CIO to shape investment decisions.
- Evaluate tradeoffs across cost risk scalability and speed.
- Drive simplification and platform rationalization.
- Ensure strong integration patterns across vendors and internal systems.
- Promote security resilience and regulatory alignment by design.
- Mentor NGI IT architects and senior leaders.
- Review and approve solution designs for material initiatives.

Qualifications
- 15 plus years in enterprise or domain architecture roles.
- Deep experience in large scale retail or grocery environments.
- Proven leadership across complex multi-year transformations.
- Strong background in packaged platforms and SaaS ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud and integration architectures.
- Ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and precision.
- Track record of influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
