Job Summary
Take full control of a new Brisbane office while shaping it with your ideas and expertise. Youll run things your way backed by a trusted national brand and with real long-term upside through equity options once youre established.
This is your chance to step into a leadership position with major industrial projects already underway and the freedom to grow your own client base across Queensland. Youll be the face of the business locally with direct influence over design direction culture and how the team evolves.
And youll do it with hybrid flexibility working your way around 12 days from home each week.
What youll do
Youll lead the Brisbane office delivering new-build industrial projects and setting the strategic direction for design development and delivery. With existing projects in place youll manage these while also driving new business and expanding the Queensland presence.
Design-wise youll lead concept development ensuring each project hits the mark creatively and commercially. Youll stay hands-on with Revit and other tools while mentoring the next wave of designers and guiding your team with your expertise.
From client meetings to stakeholder engagement youll be the key contact managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Youll also oversee schedules cost estimates and specifications to keep everything running smoothly and profitably.
What youll need
Extensive experience leading industrial projects in Queensland
Strong project management and team leadership skills
A track record of delivering high-quality work that keeps clients coming back
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and modern industry standards
