Overview:

A thriving outpatient orthopedics clinic is now hiring a Clinic Director of Staff-Level Physical Therapist in San Antonio TX. Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 16 hours of availability will also be considered.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with a strong can-do attitude who is comfortable working independently. This clinician will be the sole PT on site for the first few months and should be eager to treat a wide range of conditions including lymphedema. On-site training and ongoing off-site clinical support will be provided.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload with a focus on lymphedema (about 70% of the caseload). Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Full-time PTs should expect to treat 50 patients per week. 1:1 direct patient care with 45 minute sessions or less.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $80000 - $110000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 7am-6pm. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

  • Previous experience in outpatient and/or lymphedema is preferred.

  • Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.

  • Candidates with 16 hours of availability will also be considered.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
