Job Summary

Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
Shift: Mixed Shifts (Days/Evenings)
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $58.15 $73.56/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
Evenings: $3.00/hr
Nights: $6.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10000
$2000 on first or second paycheck
$2000 at 6 12 18 and 24 months
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
Schedule
Early Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Late Shift: 9:30 AM 8:00 PM
(Rotation discussed during interview)
Role Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with recent acute-care hospital experience to support a high-acuity inpatient pharmacy. The role includes central pharmacy operations and close collaboration with physicians and nursing teams to deliver safe evidence-based medication therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and process medication orders
Prepare and dispense medications per regulatory standards
Monitor drug therapy (interactions renal dosing allergies)
Support formulary management and therapeutic interchanges
Provide clinical recommendations to providers and nursing staff
Participate in pharmacokinetics anticoagulation IV-to-PO renal dosing and pain management programs
Document clinical interventions and supervise pharmacy technicians
Required Qualifications
1 year of recent inpatient acute-care hospital experience (within last year)
BS or PharmD from ACPE-accredited program
Active Florida Pharmacist license
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
