DescriptionWith oversight and training from the PI this position will deliver the FamLit intervention and attention-control interventions. Assigned to deliver the FamLit intervention to patients and care partners in the initial in-person session and phone booster sessions. The study staff will receive extensive training (and re-training) in delivering FamLit intervention/attention-only before implementing the study and communicate with the PI on a weekly basis regarding any issues encountered during the intervention sessions.
This position will also learn the basics of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and standard operating procedures (SOP); collaborate and consult with other health professionals in study participationand to ensure protocol compliance; and other duties as person will communicate with the principal investigator and project coordinator regarding any issues encountered during intervention delivery (and other assigned study activities if needed).
This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon the continued funding of the grant.

- This person will communicate with the principal investigator and project coordinator regarding any issues encountered during intervention delivery example: unable to reach participants and the progress and challenges of intervention delivery.
- Learn the basics of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Other assigned study activities as needed.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare in practices such as cardiovascular care especially heart failure patient care
Highschool diploma
Strong knowledge of Word Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Must be able to work well and collaborate with others who hold a wide variety of positions.
Ability to work autonomously problem solve and use critical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
Work Location:Knoxville TN onsite
Pay Range:$25 - $35/hour
