Qualifications Required: NVQ / Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in childrens residential care

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Support Worker / Team Leader who is passionate about supporting children and young people and confident in leading shifts within a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing positive relationships with young people families and professionals
Leading shifts within the home and supervising staff
Supporting and implementing care plans and risk assessments
Promoting education emotional wellbeing and daily living skills
Managing challenging behaviours calmly and effectively
Maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent
You only have HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
