Product Manager Alarm Monitoring Platform
Location:Malmö (possibly Linköping)

The Opportunity
Wearelookingfor a Product Manager totakeresponsibilityfor theroadmapintake anddeliveryofourAlarmMonitoringsolution acriticalpartofdailyoperations.
Inthisroleyouwillworkcloselywithbusinessstakeholdersandtechnologyteams to make sureneedsareunderstoodprioritiesareclear andchangesaredeliveredin areliableandpredictableway.Youwillfocus on turning realoperationalproblemsintowell-definedinitiativesandensuringtheydelivertheexpectedresults.
Whatyoulldo
Own the vision and roadmapfor the Alarm Monitoring Platform aligning platform evolution with business strategy operational excellence and technical innovation.
Lead discovery and predelivery shaping problem statementsvalidatingvalue and defining scope and success criteria (e.g. outcomes/OKRs).
Run transparent intake and prioritization balancing customer impactfeasibilityand risk (e.g. RICE/value vs. effort).
Collaborate closely with development teams architects and PMO to ensure smooth transition from idea to delivery.
Measure value realization(availabilitytimetovalue incident reduction operational efficiency) and drive continuous improvementwith our stakeholders.
Represent the user ARC Operators and Operations while engaging key stakeholders across business and technology.
Communicate clearly and often aligning stakeholders and teams on decisions tradeoffs and progress.
Whatyoullbring
Proven experience owning a complex B2B/B2C platform or product with high availability andrealtime/missioncriticalcharacteristics (ideallymonitoring telco fintech safety or comparable domains).
Strongstrategic thinkinganddatainformeddecisionmaking with the ability to set direction and execute.
Excellentcommunication and storytellingskills; comfortable influencing across functions and seniority.
Demonstratedprioritization under uncertainty balancingshorttermoutcomes withlongtermplatform health.
Solidtechnology understanding(cloud services integrations reliability/observability practices) and curiosity to innovate.

Delivery &Followup:Enable alignment track outcomes and adjust based on measurable results to secure value realization.

A clear and predictable intake and prioritization process that improves time to value for the most important initiatives.
