The Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution (known as RFBI) is a non-for profit (NFP) organisation that has been in operation for 140 years. We currently operate 22 residential aged care villages 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.
Position Information:
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team at RFBI Armidale Masonic Village on a full time basis. Within this dynamic role as Administration Supervisor you will be responsible for the effective coordination and supervision of the Administration Department ensuring that all aspects of administration for the village are effectively managed.
As part of your day to day role you will provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for responding to incoming queries received by the village preparing payroll for the village banking and other administrative duties. Demonstrating your ability to supervise you will encourage and support staff while fostering the understanding of Continuous Quality Improvement.
What you need to be considered:
A Certificate IV in Business Administration/Management and/or equivalent experience
Experience in an Administration or Payroll position
Excellent planning organisational and communication skills
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
A current First Aid Certificate (or the ability to complete within 3 months)
Valid police check clearance
