Job Summary -

Within our global Managed Services platform Transitions objective is to successfully enable operations to meet contracted service requirements through the documented solution and demonstrated Operational Readiness prior to Commencement of Service Delivery. Transition operates with quality and within a standard across all towers of the Managed Services Practice regardless of the size of the engagement and the size of the customer.

Minimum Degree Required (BQ) *:

B Tech Masters in Management (preferred)

8-11 years of experience

Job Description

• As an Manager you will work as part of a team of problem solvers helping execute critical client facing and internal transition programs
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the board
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements and help build key assets and collaterals for Transition Center of Excellence
• Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
• Communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner.
• Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
• Work in a team environment that includes client interactions manage deliverables independently and cross-team collaboration.
• Good Team player. Take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities

Position Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 10 years of experience in IT App SAP Transitions and Project Management
• Experience in leading SAP (ECC/HANA) and Custom App Transition Projects
• Project Management Risk & Budget Management
• ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services
• Process Mapping and Re-engineering
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills:

• Continuous Improvement CI
• Change Management
• Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
• Understanding of Technologies (Infra & Or App) and keenness to invest in learning new technologies
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (MPP & Visio in particular)
