Crystal Ballroom in Daytona Beach FL is currently seeking a motivated individual with a strong sales background to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter ambitious and hard-working. While prior experience in selling events is preferred it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training on our product and services.
As a member of our sales team your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote our events to potential clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in building strong relationships with clients and closing deals successfully.
This position has an hourly pay between $15 to $20 an hour depending on experience plus commissions for meeting quotas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare venue for the perfect tour
- Welcomes customers by greeting them at front door
- Tour clients around facility
- Close the sale
- Clerical work to follow up with each client
- Schedule appointments when needed
- Create quotes invoices and contracts
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable and punctual
