Thomas College Mens Soccer is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Assistant Coach with a primary emphasis on recruiting in Maine and the broader New England region with occasional recruiting responsibilities out of region and/or internationally. Preference will be given to candidates with a goalkeeping background who can provide daily goalkeeper training during team practices (though this is not required).

The qualified candidate will build and maintain a recruiting pipeline across Maine (priority) New England and select out-of-region/international areas. Assist in planning and conducting training sessions and player development in alignment with the Head Coachs vision. Support match preparation scouting/video and game-day coaching. Assist with team operations including travel equipment and logistics. Uphold a high standard of professionalism accountability and student-athlete care. Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III NAC and Thomas College policies.

Bachelors degree is required. Must have a valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally. Must have the ability to work evenings/weekends and travel with the team as needed.
