Position Highlights:

Income Potential: $80000 - $150000 per year with a high guaranteed hourly wage generous bonuses and uncapped commissions.
Work-Life Balance: Year-round work and no after-hours or Sunday on-call schedule.

What Youll Do:

Provide residential plumbing services including installations repairs and inspections of plumbing systems (gas water sewer).
Diagnose repair and maintain plumbing systems solving client issues quickly and professionally.
In each clients home we thoroughly evaluate their entire system ask questions to understand their needs and educate them on what we found and their options.
Ensure complete client satisfaction from start to finish with clear communication and exceptional service.
Document activities accurately for invoicing and client records.
Support from Our Fort Myers Hub: While field-based youll receive full operational dispatch and leadership support from our Fort Myers team.
Dispatch-from-Home: This role is based in the Sarasota / Bradenton area with technicians dispatched directly from home to their first call each day.
Virtual Team Meetings: Daily huddles trainings and team meetings are conducted virtually allowing you to stay connected without commuting to a branch.
Local Service Area: You will primarily service customers within the Sarasota and Bradenton markets.
In-Person Interview Requirement: Candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview at our Fort Myers location as part of the hiring process.

At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience.
