Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software projects (SAP Workday Oracle)
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers business analysts and external vendors
- Oversee system integration data migration and user acceptance testing
- Develop project plans resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets ranging from 300000 to 800000
- Coordinate with C-level stakeholders and department heads
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR)
Qualifications :
- 5 years of IT project management experience
- Proven track record with ERP/payroll system implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Workday or similar platforms
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong vendor management skills
