Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to support manage and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment. You will be responsible for administration troubleshooting security and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Azure AD/Entra ID and Intune. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant operations and configurations
Manage and maintain:
Exchange Online (mailboxes policies transport rules)
Microsoft Teams (policies governance voice setup if required)
SharePoint Online & OneDrive (site access permissions storage)
Implement identity and access management using Azure AD / Entra ID
Conditional Access MFA SSO role-based access control
Manage endpoint and device security using Microsoft Intune
Autopilot compliance policies app deployment device profiles
Monitor and troubleshoot M365 issues (L2/L3 support)
Support M365 migrations (on-prem to cloud / tenant-to-tenant)
Work on security & compliance controls:
DLP retention policies eDiscovery sensitivity labels
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting
Collaborate with IT teams vendors and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements
Maintain documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration/engineering
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Exchange Online
Teams
SharePoint Online / OneDrive
Azure AD / Entra ID
Microsoft Intune
Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting
Understanding of security best practices (Zero Trust MFA Conditional Access)
Experience supporting users in enterprise environments (ticketing tools like ServiceNow/Jira)
Strong troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
