What Were Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!):

• Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred we champion advanced learning!
• Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Experience: While new grads are welcome were especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry Med-Surg or a related acute care specialty.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire). ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.

Essential Skills: A keen eye for cardiac rhythms strong critical thinking exceptional communication adaptability to fluctuating patient needs and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.
