Vision Elevators has an exciting position We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping
Passing journals
Bank statements processing
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Following up on outstanding customer invoices.
Handling petty cash and staff expense claims.
Processing invoices receipts and payments.
3. Payroll & Tax Compliance
Monthly and weekly payroll processing
Preparing and submitting EMP201 and other statutory returns (MEIBC and NUMSA)
Ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Financial Reporting & Support
Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts..
Providing administrative support to senior accountants or finance managers.
5. Procurement & Inventory Support (If Required)
Assisting in procurement by verifying supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
A degree in Accounting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Xero).
Strong numerical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
