What you will do
- Youll supervise and guide Business Compliance Officers (BCOs) ensuring tasks are completed efficiently client due diligence meets regulatory standards (Wwft Wtt) and compliance practices remain consistent across the team.
- Youll provide leadership and strategic direction setting goals evaluating outcomes and escalating nonconformities or behavioural issues while driving highquality compliance practices through expertise and coordination.
- Youll support BCOs by addressing challenges liaising with Risk & Compliance ensuring followup on SERR and GRRC requirements and advising on firstline controls to mitigate legal regulatory and operational risks.
- Youll be accountable for the quality consistency and impact of BCO activities overseeing performance and fostering a strong compliance culture aligned with organisational goals.
- Youll demonstrate key competencies including resilience action orientation attention to detail problemsolving strong communication and influencing skills and a collaborative approach across Compliance Risk Legal Audit and operational teams.

Qualifications :
- You have at least 5 years of compliance-related experience in financial services and 10 years of overall professional work experience.
- You possess in-depth compliance knowledge including anti-money laundering data privacy laws industry-specific regulations and expertise in Wwft and Wtt.
- You preferably bring knowledge of or experience in the global investor services industry enhancing your ability to manage complex compliance requirements.
- You hold a Masters degree in Dutch law providing a strong academic and legal foundation for compliance oversight.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English enabling clear communication and effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
