- Actively manage qualify and nurture Hot Leads and Warm Leads to maximize conversion potential.
- Serve as the primary support point for the sales team facilitating the handover of qualified leads.
- Ensure all lead information and activities are accurately documented and updated in the CRM system.
- Professionally handle all phone inquiries from hirers providing initial information and direction.
- Support the sales team in achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
- Efficiently handle and prioritize multiple tasks in daily operations.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the sales team or management.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a lead generation or sales support role.
- Demonstrated experience in handling leads with high volume.
- 1 year experience in lead qualification management
- Ability to work the required schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Other Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Successful record of validating leads into qualified leads opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and manage urgent situations in patience.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to handle internal emotion while managing high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage a demanding workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) would be advantageous.
