Youll report to the Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding and youll be part of the regional team that drives hiring strategy and delivery across multiple markets. As our Regional Senior Executive Recruitment youll lead the end-to-end hiring process from understanding talent requirements and swiftly launching job roles to sourcing high-quality candidates coordinating assessments and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. At Teleport we balance speed with precision to help build the right team fast.

• Partner with hiring managers to align on role needs and craft job scopes that attract the right talent.
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-potential candidates across various sourcing channels.
• Run efficient in-house and virtual screening processes that balance speed with precision.
• Ensure every candidate has a clear consistent and engaging experience from first touch to offer.
• Innovate recruitment tactics to keep up with market shifts and talent trends.
• Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes to support scalable hiring across the region.
