Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow to join our team in Budapest Hungary. As a Solution Architect you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance IT service management for our clients.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable efficient and innovative solutions
- Develop and maintain solution blueprints technical specifications and architectural diagrams
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process
- Conduct solution reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases features and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow practice within the organization
- Participate in pre-sales activities including solution presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including its core modules and capabilities
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture cloud computing and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Strong skills in business process modeling and integration technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer are highly desirable
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their impact on business operations
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites as needed
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hungarian or other Central European languages is a plus
