Job Summary

As an Asset Due Diligence (ADD) Officer within the AIFM team you will support the onboarding process and ongoing AML/CFT monitoring for investments clients and counterparties. You will be responsible for collecting reviewing and analyzing asset-related due diligence documentation and preparing relevant reports in line with regulatory and internal standards. 

What youll do

  • Youll review and assess KYC/KYA and AML/CFT documentation for diverse asset classes (real estate private equity loans) performing assetlevel due diligence and ensuring all requirements are complete and compliant.
  • Youll conduct name screening and adverse media checks using tools such as WorldCheck identifying material AML/CFT risks and escalating issues to senior RC/KYA management.
  • Youll prepare and maintain structured compliance tools including checklists dashboards and formal AML/CFT and KYA reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Youll support operational and procedural improvements assist clients with duediligence queries handle ad hoc requests and represent the team in meetings or calls.
  • Youll collaborate closely with the Philippine support office providing guidance reviewing outputs and ensuring highquality data management and documentation standards.

Qualifications :

  • You hold a Masters or Bachelors degree in Finance or an equivalent field supported by at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role or within a Luxembourg AIFM; AML/KYC experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • You demonstrate solid knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds and understand the fundamentals of alternative investments such as private equity real estate and private debt.
  • You have experience collaborating with thirdparty delegates and service providers ensuring smooth coordination and highquality deliverables.
  • You communicate fluently in English with any additional language viewed as an asset and you build strong professional relationships with clients.
  • You work as a selfmotivated team player bringing reliability initiative and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks.
