OVERVIEW
As part of the phenomenal growthSharkNinjahas achieved over the last few years we have created a new position ofKey Account Manager Spain based inMadrid. This role will be instrumental in driving the next phase of business development in Spain and strengthening our local team.
Working closely with the Product Marketing Digital teams and the European Hub this person will be accountable for driving customer growth and executing theSharkNinjaSpain market strategy with a strong focus onprofitable sales growthacross the portfolio.
Reporting to theSales Director Spain the Key Account Manager will developimplementand execute account-specific business planspromotionsand activations across multiple channels.
What Youll Do:
- Build and execute a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets
- Act as category captain forFloorcare Kitchen and Beautycategories
- Ensure Shark and Ninja brands are represented in a positive and professional manner
- Plan and execute commercial activities acrosse-commerce in-store and off-page channelsto drive strong sell-out performance
- Ensureaccurateforecasting in line with individual and company objectives
- Manage promotional investments (SOA) to deliver sales growth while protecting margins
- Negotiate win-win commercial agreements with retail partners
- Analyse market trends salesperformanceand sell-out data toidentifygrowth opportunities
- Organise andparticipatein trade shows retaileventsand product launches
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and pricing
- Identifyand develop new retail opportunities to deliver incremental business growth
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution
- Participate in sales meetings tradeshows and other company events asrequired
What Youll Bring:
- ProvenKey Account Management experiencein Spain
- Fluent inEnglish(Spanish native or fluent required)
- Strong interest in innovative consumer products
- Results-driven with strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High levelof professionalism and commercial acumen
- StrongproficiencyinExcelPowerPointand Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset withhigh levelsof initiative
- Proactiveenthusiasticand adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previousexperience in theconsumer goods industryisadvantageous
- Minimum5 years of successful sales experience
- Experience building sales and marketing strategies at market level
- Comfortable managing data generating reports and working remotely or while travelling
- Experience working directly with key retail partners (specialists and/or food chains preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to visit customers
