About the role:

We are seeking a Social Media Campaign Strategist to support our lead generation objectives by driving effective use of social media across integrated B2B marketing campaigns. Working closely with campaign managers this role will design and activate organic and paid social strategies to support awareness engagement and lead generation goals.

The role will work cross-functionally with campaign managers creative services PPC specialists analytics and event teams. Success requires a strong commercial mindset with close attention to performance metrics audience response and continuous improvement. Candidates must be able to interpret data understand what drives results and apply those learnings to improve campaign outcomes over time.

  • Poland (Wroclaw Kraków Gdańsk Warsaw)

  • Bulgaria (Varna Sofia)

  • Romania (Bucharest).

Key responsibilities:

1. Campaign social strategy

  • Partner with campaign managers to shape the role of social within each campaign ensuring it supports lead generation and overall campaign performance

  • Define the social activation approach across the campaign lifecycle including sequencing emphasis and coordination between paid organic partner and event activity
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate content ideation and repurposing across channels using AI-enabled approaches helping campaigns move faster and scale more effectively
  • Establish clear success measures and performance expectations for social activity in collaboration with campaign and analytics teams

2. Paid social strategy

  • Define paid social approach for campaigns including objectives formats audience direction and budget prioritisation aligned to lead generation goals.

  • Translate campaign requirements into clear briefs and guidance for PPC specialists responsible for technical execution and optimisation
  • Review performance data with analytics and PPC teams to identify opportunities to improve lead and pipeline impact
  • Ensure paid social activity is integrated with organic social partner amplification and event activity to maximise results

3. Organic and multi-channel social activation

  • Plan and guide organic social activation for campaigns across relevant channels aligned to awareness engagement and lead generation objectives

  • Recommend channel selection and content approach based on target audiences campaign goals and content formats.
  • Ensure organic social activity complements paid social partner amplification and event activity to reinforce campaign impact
  • Monitor organic performance signals and apply learnings to improve reach engagement quality and contribution to campaigns

4. Event social strategy

  • Define social activation for campaign-supported events including pre-event promotion during-event amplification and post-event follow-up to support awareness and demand objectives.

  • Work with event teams and creative services to plan content capture and timely activation across relevant social channels
  • Ensure event social activity is integrated with broader campaign and paid social efforts to maximise impact

5. Partner amplification

  • Identify and plan partner amplification opportunities for relevant campaigns to extend reach and awareness

  • Support co-promotion by coordinating partner-ready social assets and guidance in collaboration with creative services
  • Align with partner marketing teams on timing and execution to ensure consistent and effective amplification

6. Performance insights and growth orientation

  • Work closely with analytics teams to understand and interpret social performance data across campaigns

  • Assess results to identify insights related to campaign contribution audience response and creative effectiveness
  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations for campaign managers to improve lead and pipeline impact
  • Maintain a consistent focus on growth lead generation and measurable business outcomes

Success Measures (3-6 Months)

  • Campaigns consistently launch with clear well-defined social activation plans that support lead generation objectives
  • Campaign managers view social as a reliable value-adding component of campaign planning and execution
  • Paid and organic social activity shows improving performance trends with clearer links to engagement quality and lead contribution
  • Event and partner-supported campaigns benefit from coordinated timely social amplification
  • Performance insights are regularly translated into practical recommendations that improve future campaign outcomes
  • The role is operating with effective processes and prioritisation allowing multiple campaigns to be supported without bottlenecks

Professional experience required:

  • 7 years experience in B2B social media marketing supporting integrated marketing campaigns

  • Experience working closely with campaign managers to plan and activate paid and organic social media as part of lead generation efforts

  • Strong understanding of paid social concepts (objectives formats targeting performance)

  • Comfortable interpreting social performance metrics and applying insights to improve results

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a large or matrixed organisation

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and a commercial results-focused mindset

  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on lead generation growth and measurable business impact

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent) with strong written and verbal communication skills for working in a global cross-functional organization

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience supporting event-related social activity and/or partner amplification

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content ideation or repurposing

  • Experience across multiple social platforms beyond LinkedIn

  • Background in B2B technology or services marketing
