Job Summary

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Management Business Administration or a related field.
8 years of experience managing IT operations or enterprise system operations.
Experience supporting DoD or federal IT operations.
Strong knowledge of IT service management and operational best practices.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing operational reports and executive briefings.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and required background investigation.

Duties:

Oversee daily operations supporting the DSAID system across all functional areas.
Ensure uninterrupted system sustainment and operational support services.
Manage operational workflows schedules and staffing to meet PWS requirements.
Monitor and report on operational performance metrics and service levels.
Coordinate Tier 1 Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support activities.
Serve as escalation point for operational issues incidents and service disruptions.
Coordinate with Program Manager Project Managers and Technical Leads.
Ensure compliance with ITIL cybersecurity RMF and operational procedures.
Support incident management problem management and change management activities.
Ensure operational readiness for releases deployments and system upgrades.
Support continuity of operations (COOP) and disaster recovery preparedness.
Prepare operational status reports and briefings for Government stakeholders.
Support transition-in transition-out and steady-state operations.
Ensure documentation of operational procedures runbooks and SOPs.
